Alan V. Khlevnoy

Associate

Alan Victor Khlevnoy is an associate with Berkes Crane Santana & Spangler LLP.

Mr. Khlevnoy’s practice includes State and Federal litigation focusing on complex multi-party liability litigation. Mr. Khlevnoy litigates, defends, and negotiates cases involving products liability, construction defect, premises liability, and breach of contract claims.

Mr. Khlevnoy has extensive experience drafting all kinds of motions and conducting direct examination of witnesses at deposition. Mr. Khlevnoy is well-versed in California jury trials and is experienced in all phases of jury trial including the preparation of pre-trial documents and motions.  Prior to joining Berkes Crane Santana & Spangler, Mr. Khlevnoy represented Fortune 500 companies such as automobile manufacturers and hotel-chains in complex litigation involving products liability and premises liability.  

Mr. Khlevnoy received his B.A. in political science from the University of Oregon. He received his J.D. and L.L.M. in taxation from the University of San Diego. While in law school, Mr. Khlevnoy placed first at the annual American Association for Justice Mock Trial Competition.

His bar admissions include California State Courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Mr. Khlevnoy’s favorite teams are the Lakers, Dodgers and Kings.
